The Proposition

To develop custom AI models clients to improve physical tasks in industry or techniques for sport and industrial practices which may cause injury.

Spanda has been developed using cutting technologies in AI and Machine Vision to automatically detect human movement and assess it for any potential risk or injuries as well as guiding users to improve techniques. Our tool fully integrates into your existing tech stack or can be used as a stand alone tool as required.

We offer the full suite of services around this area from hardware set up and maintenance, to custom application development to suit your hardware stack or business needs.

The Delivery Model

Spanda is a highly innovative technology for which we create a unique proprietary solution for each client, using custom images of people in places of work as well as proprietary data on the problems we are asked to solve and how they integrate into your business seamlessly.

Step 1

Ideation and discovery workshops. To deliver real value we need to really understand your pain points and analyse the environments of work and worker habits. We also spend time with subject matter experts to better understand the end game. This ensures expectations are met and we deliver exactly what you need in a scalable manner. 

At the end of this phase you receive all wireframes, user journeys and a prototype (design only) of how this tool will work. Within this phase we define target sites, volume of visits required, design and UX, as well as then end delivery of our Admin Portal which gives you the key data in the format required. We also define budgets, timelines and deliverables at the end of this phase.

Step 2

With the project defined we kick off with a set up meeting with the key project players. Full training is given at this stage on use of kit and a project is set up and agreed with key stakeholders fully engaged. We produce a weekly report on progress and ensure regular engagement to facilitate project success. 

By the end of this phase we have all the project data for a project review and outcomes report. This report will show key findings, test results and solutions for all key areas of the project (space to be used, connectivity, hardware performance, product use and outcomes). These findings are matched with the project objectives and the final summary provides all the key data for adoption.

Step 3

In this phase we plan for adoption and make any adjustments required for a project rollout. A full technical document is produced highlighting key project areas from data/privacy to installations and training of the product. We provide full online and offline training and ongoing support as required. 

By the end of phase an adoption program is agreed for licensing the tech, site wise roll outs, training guides procurement of products and services. You are assigned an account director in this phase to ensure smooth runnings of the project and a tailored service.
